Adrian Teslovan is currently the Marketing Manager of Romaqua Group. His career with Romaqua started 15 years ago in the export department.
His professional achievements are linked with the creation and development of all the brands in Romaqua’s portfolio: Borsec, Giusto/Giuto Natura, Albacher, Dorfer, Aquatique, Stanceni. In addition, for the last 11 years, Adrian and his marketing team’s efforts have also been put into the development strategy of Borsec, a brand with a success story which goes back more than 200 years. His marketing team reamined the same for more than 10 years.
Executive Director American Chamber of Commerce in Romania
Anca Harasim is the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AmCham Romania), the Vice-President of Harvard Club Romania-Moldova and a founding member of Aspen Institute Romania. She holds a Master Degree in Public Administration from John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Over the last 19 years, she has fulfilled assignments in major non-governmental organizations in Romania, as Executive Director of the Soros Foundation for an Open Society, the Fulbright Commission and AmCham Romania. Her consultancy experience consists of previous assignments like The World Bank consultant for Albania’s Poverty Reduction Strategy Program, and consultant for the European Commission’s largest PHARE Program in Romania on reforming the Local Public Administration.
With almost twenty years senior-level experience in managing and developing non-profit organizations, of public policy and program strategic planning, management development and implementation of innovative reform projects in Central & Eastern Europe, Anca is currently serving on the boards of several NGOs.

Anca Ionita is the Publisher of the renowned English language weekly publication Business Review, which she co-founded 15 years ago. She stands out in the communication field for being a very experienced editor and publisher in Romania as well as worldwide.
During her impressive journalistic career, she developed outstanding roles as Publisher and Editor in Chief of Time Out Bucuresti and Editor in Chief of Business Review. Previously, she was correspondent for Romania for the prestigious publication International Herald Tribune for 3 years.
Anca Ionita holds a MFA and PhD degree from UNATC Bucuresti in Theatre Studies along with a BS from Bucharest National Polytechnics University. She has been lecturer and PhD at Bucharest National University of Theatre and Film since 1996. Anca Ionita is also a collaborator of Festivalul National de Teatru and a German Marshall Fund fellow, amongst many others projects ongoing.

Andreea Florea is the Managing Partner of Brandtailors, a Romanian strategic brand consultancy and design firm.
Andreea joined Brandtailors in 2008 after graduating from the Faculty of Letters at the Bucharest University, at International Relations and European Studies and Social Communication and Public Relations specializations.
As a product branding Project Manager, she discovered her passion for branding and so, at the end of 2009, she became a Brand Consultant, working for both product branding and service branding divisions. Principal Expert Communication Department, National Bank of Romania
Corneliu Cojocaru is reputed communication professional who gathered almost 20 years of hard work and success in the PR field, following a successful career in economic TV journalism. He is a dynamic speaker, who inspires audiences, proving an in-depth hnowledge of both PR and economics.
Between years 1997 and 2013 he acted as spokesman and Head of Communication leading Romanian Commercial Bank (Banca Comerciala Romana) and from 2013 he joined the National Bank of Romania as Principal Expert / Counselor in the Communication Department.
He is a member of the Jury of Honor of the Romanian Association of Public Relations (ARRP).
He was awarded as “PR Professional of The Year 2014” by Forum for International Communication, following many other awards granted to him over time for his performance, excellence and efficiency in PR and communication. Crenguta Rosu is the founding partner of one of the first integrated PR agency in Romania, DC Communication. She has over 25 year of experience in complex corporate communication projects, change management, risk management and crisis management, aquisitions and mergers, public offers, CEO profiling, counseling for organization leaders, public affairs.
The experience was gathered in numerous industries, being a coordinator in over 2000 projects in the DC team and she is also a trainer for managements teams.
During \’90 – \’93 she coordinated the Press office of the Government and then (until \’95) she was the chief of the politica section of Tinerama weekly magazine (the way it is now looks like I was both during 90 – 93). Crenguta is a graduate of the Energetic Faculty of Polytechnic University of Bucharest. Blogger & Online Entrepreneur
Cristian China Birta is blogger on cristianchinabirta.ro and online entrepreneur. Formed as journalist, he then crossed “the other side” and worked in the local and central public administration, becoming then a communication consultant.
In 2007, he discovered blogging and decided to follow this path. He writes on his personal blog, chinezu.ru about social media, blogging and entrepreneurship.
In 2011, Cristian launched Blogal Initiative, an agency through which he runs campaigns for bloggers in an innovative manner, characterized through a “democratization” of companies’ offers for bloggers.
Since 2013, he is part of Kooperativa.ro, meaning niche projects such as sportlocal.ro, blogdebere.ro, blogdefotografie.ro, blogdecafea.ro, blogdecinema.ro, taximetre.ro, all reunited under the brand umbrella Kooperativa 2.0, company owned by Cristian China Birta together with Vlad Dulea.
Dan Vardie is the Founder of several media channels focused on cars –“AUTOpro” and “4 X 4 Crossover Lifestyle Magazine”- watches – “TEMPORIS” and luxury -“CAESAR”. He is also the Founder of the “AUTOBEST”, the second largest European independent motoring media organization, with no less than 9 European awards, top accolades for different car industry domains.
He also pioneered several limited editions in the Romanian history: the first limited edition of Swiss watches dedicated to a Romanian personality- Hublot NastieBang a tribute to the legend of Ilie Nastase, the first limited edition of cars dedicated to a Romanian brand – Range Rover Evoque CAESAR and also the first Limited Edition for cigars- CAESAR PVRVS DOMINICAVS, handmade in La Aurora, Dominican Republic.
He established “TEMPORIS Hall of Fame” the one and only worldwide Gallery dedicated to famous master watchmakers, inventors and designers from the watch industry. Nowadays, “TEMPORIS Hall of Fame” includes 10 of the most respected creators of Swiss watchmaking who already participated to the TEMPORIS Awards Gala in Bucharest. Chief Executive Officer, Urgent Cargus
With a solid background and expertise in the international commercial environment, Mr. Sharp is the Chief Executive Officer of Urgent Cargus, one of the largest courier company on the Romanian market.
In 1991, Mr. Sharp joined DHL Express as a sales executive and the Customer Services Manager in DHL Saudi Arabia was the starting point for his international career. After managing DHL Sudan – a very challenging role, as the country was confronting a civil war, Mr. Sharp moves to Syria to implement DHL standards, procedures and practices. From Middle East, East Asia is the next destination: as General Manager for DHL South China Area, Mr. Sharp dealt with a very dynamic economic environment where the growth rate was 30% – 40% per year; this role was mainly focused on business fast development.
In 2001, Mr. Sharp moves to our country managing DHL Romania and in 2008, after DHL acquires Cargus, he is appointed to manage both companies. From 2009, Mr. Sharp is appointed to manage DHL Bulgaria as well, until 2013 when Abris Capital Partners buys Cargus from DHL and Mr. Sharp takes the role of CEO for Cargus International S.A. Liliana Stanculet is Corporate Brand Manager for OMV Petrom – the largest integrated oil and gas group in Southeastern Europe. Lucian Mindruta graduated the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Bucharest. Between 1992 and 1993, he has been a newws anchor and editor for SOTI Independents Television. Shortly after, he took the position of editor and news achor at tele7 ABC. Along his proffesional path he has worked for PRO TV station between 1995 – 1999 and went on to be named the editorial director at the Financial Newspaper. Manuela Necula is the CEO of Ogilvy&Mather Group Romania, in the past 11 years leading the company to one of the most important communications groups in Romania, according to its market share, client portfolio, and to the high standards of services and areas of specializations covered by Ogilvy agencies.
Manuela turned around Ogilvy&Mather Group Romania by building a solid team and by launching innovative practices as a premiere on the local market. The work developed was recognized and awarded in numerous local and top international industry festivals (EFFIE, Cannes, London International Awards, Clio, D&AD).
With over 20 years of experience, Manuela Necula is one of the pioneers who set up EFFIE Festival in Romania and a founder member of the WWF Corporate Club. She was also a member of the IAA Board of Directors.

Ar Marketing VP, Mihai Barsan lead the Marketing and Strategy department at Ursus Breweries, the Romanian subsidiary of the global beer giant SABMiller.
He has and Engineering background, but has spent his entire professional life in Marketing: starting eith P&G Balkans for 5 years, then with SABMiller for another 10 years. He has been part of a number of success stories in the Romanian but also Slovakian beer markets, where he contributed within the top management teams to share and value growth via strong brand portofolio propositions and leading the development of coherent commercial strategies.
Since 2013, Mihai Barsan is also a board member of theInternational Advertising Association, where he is the President of the Romanian chapter.
Mircea Kivu graduated Sociology at the University of Bucharest (1978) and has a MA in Demography and Social Sciences at Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales – Paris (1991). He is known as the author of several books and papers in sociology, woth expertise in public opinion polling.
Since 1992, he held top positions in several markets research institutions (Research Director and CEO and IMAS Marketing si Sondaje, Vice-President for Research on Research at Ipsos Interactive Services, Operational Directors at Mercury Research).

Mirela Bosoi has been working for Orange Romania since 2002 and she has been the Head of Brand and Communication since 2009.
She graduated from Academy of the Economic Studies in 1996 and she holds a Master degree in the Economic Development of Enterprise and an Executive MBA.
Mirela is responsible with the development and implementation of the Orange brand strategy in Romania and manages the commercial communication, events and sponsorship for mass market and business clients. She coordinated over the years some of the most successful integrated campaigns recognized both locally and internationally.

At first a Geologist Engineer, Nora Marcovici decided to radically change her career path in 1992, when she joined the first media company in Romania, Global Media, becoming the Executive Director of the company. In 1998, she stepped into media industry at Prima TV, as a Sales and Marketing Director.
Between 2003 and 2008, she coordinated the launch of three notable radio stations – Kiss FM (to become the number one radio in Romania), One FM and Magic FM, as well as Kiss TV, a well-known music television.
Nora was one of the founders of Romanian Television Audience Measurement Association (2001), the Vice-President of Romanian Audio Visual Communications Association (2006-2008) and the President of Romanian Radio Audio Measurement Association. Senior Manager Commercial Marketing AVON România & Moldova
Raluca Kisescu’s story with Avon starts in 1999, when she was accepted here as Marketing Assistant. She was the second person within the department.
Since her very first years in Avon she has been facing numerous challenges. She was involved in opening new markets like Moldavia, Serbia and Bosnia and also in launching bold projects for the early 2000s.
In 2004, she took the lead of the commercial marketing department, the division taking care of everything that means marketing plans implementation, promotions, products launches and events.
In 2009, Raluca Kisescu was dessignated „Marketer of the Year” by Business Woman Magazine.
She currently coordinates a team formed of 20 people, including an online division.

2011 – Avon Romania is, according to Gemius and Daedalus studies, the most visible cosmetic brand within the online environment. Avon entered directly on the 5th place in Top Social Brands top, much before all his competitors.

Ruxandra Bandila joined Lafarge Romania in April 2013 as Strategy, Business Development and Institutional Affairs Director. Before joining Lafarge, Ruxandra has been Marketing and Business Development Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania and SEE. Previously she worked as the Executive Director of the Foreign Investors Council (FIC) in Romania and the Head of the Socio- Economic Department of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). She started her career as Project Director of the School Rehabilitation Project financed by World Bank (130 million $). She holds a Ph.D. in Energetics from Ecole des Mines de Paris.

Sonia Nastase in the Country Manager of Nespresso, the luxury coffee brand, part of Swiss multinational Nestle Group. In this role, she oversees all Nespresso activities in Romania, both for the professional segment and the consumer segment.
She has over 15 years of multi-faceted experience in the premium hospitality industry, starting her career at World Trade Center Bucharest in 1996, as event and international fai organizer, then moving on to sales and marketing with Athenee Palace Hilton Bucharest between 1997 – 2003 and then with Howard Johnson Grand Plaza Bucharest, as Director of Sales and Marketing till 2006, whe she stepped up to the consultancy area as Senior Associate at Trend Hospitality.
