Adrian Dita was born in 1964, is single and is fluent in English. Adrian Dita is Director Corporate Affairs for Vodafone Romania S.A. His responsibility is to implement corporate affairs and communications strategies in Romania, providing information to and influencing key decision-makers within the government and policy-making bodies. He is in charge of promoting the company’s corporate image and objectives to authorities, local communities, shareholders and employees.
Before joining Vodafone Romania, Adrian worked four years for MobiFon, primarily in the sales departement, and held several positions.
Adrian Dita received his BS in Fine Mechanics from the Polytechnics University of Bucharest in 1991 and was awarded a BA in Commercial Relations, Finance & Banks from the Romanian American University in 1998. He also attended the ASEBUSS EMBA Program from 2001 to 2003 and National Defense College in 2004.

Andreea Rosca works in the economic media field since 1992 and, for six years, she was the Editor-in-Chief of Capital weekly magazine, published by the Swiss group Ringier. Andreea was the leader of the team that launched the Top Capital series: 300 richest Romanians, 100 business women, 100 companies to work for. Starting January 2006 she was Project Coordinator and then, General Manager of NewsIn, the press agency which is part of Realitatea media group.
Since February 2007, Andreea Rosca is the General Manager of Business Standard, the financial and economic daily of Realitatea Catavencu group, launched in May 2007. Andreea graduated the Academy of Economic Sudies, in Bucharest, and has a Master Degree in Business Administration from Open University, UK.

Prior to working as an independent financial consultant, Bogdan Baltazar was the president of the financial consulting firm BB&P. Between 1996 and 1999 he occupied a number of important positions within some leading banks: Chairman of the Board of BRD – Groupe Societe Generale (before and after its privatization), Senior Banking Advisor for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
From 1964 to 1981 Bogdan Baltazar worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, being responsible for the UNDP / UN and for the Economic and Social Council, then as the Head of the International Economic Organizations Department, being Romania’s main negotiator for The General Agreement of Tariffs and Trade. For three years he was in charge of coordinating the economic and financial relations with the African and Middle East countries.
Bogdan’s formal education includes City University of New York, MA in Economics (1971); Bucharest University, Ph.D. in International Relations (1964) and Bucharest Polytechnic Institute, M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (1962).
In 2000, Bogdan Baltazar was awarded the “National Order for Outstanding Merit” and he was declared “Man of the Year 2000” by the Romanian Cultural Foundation.
The journal Cotidianul declared him “Man of the Decade” for his contribution to the Romanian financial and banking system.
At present, he is a Member of the Board of BRD- Groupe Societe Generale and of the National Credit Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises. Bogdan Baltazar was born in 1939, is married and has two children.

Although Cristian Hostiuc wanted to become a banker, graduating in 1996 from the Finance and Banking Faculty within the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, he is now a very successful journalist. In its second year of study, in 1993, Cristian joined the ORA newspaper team, this being the turn point of his career. He then worked for six years within the Mediafax press agency as a reporter for banking, macroeconomic and business sectors. During this period, Cristian helped creation of several Mediafax products. In 1998, he was part of the team creating and producing PROFIT, a ProTV show. Since May 2000 he is leading Ziarul Financiar, first as a Deputy Editor-In-Chief, then, since May 2003, as an Editor-In-Chief and, since 2005, as the Editorial Director of Ziarul Financiar. Since 1997 Gilda Lazar has been Corporate Affairs Director for JTI Romania, her responsibilities being to create, develop and execute communications strategies and plans in support of business objectives. In 2005 Gilda became vice -president of the “Romanian Association of PR Professionals” in charge with Institutional PR.
Gilda published more than 5,000 articles in national newspapers and magazines (Curentul, Romania Libera, Dreptatea, among others). Several of them were selected for publication in various foreign newspapers (“Courrier International”, “The Atlanta Journal and Constitution”) In 1995, she was declared the “Best woman journalist in Romania”.

Based in Bucharest for more than 15 years, Mr. Moore is a recognisez mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and private equity lawyear, having Romania, Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Moldova.
Mr. Moore established the Salans Bucharest office in 1997. Between 1994 and 1997 he served in Bucharest as Managing Director and Vice President of the Romanian Enterprise American Fund, a major venture capital fund established by the US government to invest in private sector companies in Romania. Befor relocating to Bucharest, Mr. Moore was a senior associate in the international corporate and banking practice area of the Washington, D.C. law firm Shaw Pittman.
Mr. Moore was the President of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Romania (2002 – 2004) and a Board Member of the same organisation from 2000 to present. He currently serves as AmCham Romania Co-Chair of the EU Committee, Chiar of the Infrastructure and Property Development Task Force and Chair of Judicial Reform Task Force. Ovidiu Artopolescu, 50 years, joined Microsoft Romania in March 1999 as Business Development Manager for the partnership with the independent software vendors, systems integrators and in-house developers.
In 2000, Ovidiu received the President Award during the Microsoft Global Summit in Atlanta and in 2001 he was promoted as Enterprise and Partners Group Manager. In May 2004 he became Executive Director of Microsoft Romania and starting July 2005, he was appointed as General Manager of Microsoft Romania. Currently, Ovidiu is the Director, Complex & Large Deals, Central & Eastern Europe HQ for Microsoft Romania.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Ovidiu worked three years for IBM Romania as Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, covering mainly the Romanian Customs and the Ministry of Finance projects, 12 years as senior researcher in the Institute for Computers (computer testing lab, and computer assisted simulators lab) and three years as systems engineer in Petrom (OMV).
Ovidiu graduated from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest (Computer Science Department) in 1981 and University of Bucharest (Faculty of Mathematics) in 1992. In 1994, he attended on job training on management in Huntsville, Alabama – scholarship sponsored by the University of Alabama in Huntsville and Space Center Integrated Inc.
Ovidiu currently lives in Bucharest together with his wife and 12 year-old son. He is fluent in English and French and enjoys traveling, playing tennis and bridge.

Prior to joining ABN AMRO bank, Raluca worked for Phoenixmed Bucharest, one of the major distributors of parapharmaceutical products in Romania. Roberto is the former Vice President and Area Director Eastern Europe- South, GlaxoSmithKline- a group which also operates in Croatia, Serbia, Central Asia etc.
In 1987 Roberto graduated with the distinction Magna Cum Laude from the International University of Social Studies in Rome.
Roberto is Member of different professional associations in Romania: he is the Vice President of the Aspen Institute in Romania with the mission to foster enlightened leadership and open-minded dialogue. Roberto was also the President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania until 2006.

Stefan Liute is co-founder (1999) and strategy director of Grapefruit, a branding consultancy with offices in Bucharest and Iasi, Romania, that serves local and global clients.

Since 2001, Stefan is the editor of The Weekly Wire (ISSN 1584-966X), a weekly news digest about branding and corporate identity.
